For International Delivery, all export orders will be charged at the rate of carriage when the product order is placed.

Returns Policy

Should any of your ordered items be deemed unsuitable, you can return them to Customer Services, Mitre, 1 Goat Mill Road, Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan, CF48 3TD UK.

Items must be returned with 30 days from the date of delivery, with all its original packaging and labelling. Please ensure you enclose a copy of your Delivery Note in the package so we know who is returning the items. Once received, Mitre will refund the goods less a 15% charge of the value of the products as a contribution to the cost of handling and re-stocking and shall charge for any delivery of replacement products at the prevailing delivery charge rates.

Should items be defective, or should your order be incorrect (i.e. due to a picking error), you have seven days to notify us.

Please note that Bespoke Products cannot be returned unless they defective. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service team on 01685 353 456.
