Paying for your items

It's easy to pay for your products. Just go to the top of the screen and select 'Click here to view basket'. If your basket has all items you want and the quantities are correct, click on 'Checkout'.

If you haven't yet registered with us, you'll now be asked to do so (there's advice here in the Help section on how to register).

If the checkout process isn't completed, after a period of inactivity the page expires for security purposes.

Order Confirmation

The final step is a confirmation page to reassure you that your payment has been processed and your order is complete. Here you can print a copy of your order. You can review your orders by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of the screen.

Credit/Debit Card

At Mitre, security is paramount. We use the latest technology to keep all online financial transactions safe and secure. When you send your card details to us we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the data so no one else can read it.

Storing your data

We do not share any of your details with third parties.

To make regular shopping easier, we offer you the option to store your card details with us so you don't have to enter them every time you visit. Your card details are stored in a database that is not connected to the internet.

If you would prefer not to store your card details you can select this option and enter them each time you make a purchase.
