How to buy online

Browsing is just like looking through our catalogue and you can do this by clicking on the different sections in the menus on the left of the screen, or by clicking on the department names.

To search for something you already have in mind, just type the key word(s) into the search box at the top-right of your screen and then press your return key.

Your Shopping Basket

When you have found the item you want, just enter the quantity you'd like to buy and then click on 'Add to Basket'. This is like a real shopping basket, because you can still add more items or remove them before checkout. At the top of your screen you'll see 'Click here to view basket', so you can keep a check on what you've added and your total so far.

If you register with us then your basket contents will be saved even if you log off. If you'd prefer not to register then the basket will reset after a while for security purposes.

Registering is easy, just go to the homepage and then click on 'New to Mitre' near the top of the screen. Enter your details and click 'Submit'.
